4. During which times are the pools and decks available for use?

5 AM - 12 AM every day.

Yes!

6. Is your community pet friendly?

Yes, we love pets! Our pet policy is $350 first pet/$150 second pet. The pet rent is $15 per pet per month.

7. Which appliances come standard?

Stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. Call the office for more information.

8. Do you offer furnished apartments?

Not directly, however, we can get you in contact with some relocation companies that can provide quotes for furnished apartments in our community!

9. Do you work with any furniture rental companies?

Yes - we can get you in contact with furniture rental companies!

10. Are garages or covered parking available?

3. Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

Yes. We require proof of insurance coverage for your apartment home of a minimum of $100,000.

4. If my situation changes can I get out of my lease?

Yes. We require a 60-day notice and a buyout fee to be paid.
